New laptop screen lights up but no images

Hello, I purchased a new screen online to replace a cracked screen on my toshiba satelite l675 laptop I installed it and it lights up but no images? I would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you in advance!!

Did you double check that the new screen is compatible? My guess is that it's not.
