This may be a trouble with the lenses or anything else.
The first thing that you must make sure of is that it is not just the automatic play that is not working.
Insert the CD into the CD ROM and get to My Computer. Click on the CD-ROM and check whether it loads or opens up.
If you don't see any positive results, then get to My Computer>Properties>Hardware Tab>Device Manager and look for the DVD/CD ROM devices.
Then, right click on the device and uninstall>reboot the computer. Hope that this solves the trouble that you are having.
