Laptop won't load past the Windows splash scr

So, I've got a problem.
Whenever I turn on my laptop, it gets to the Windows splash screen, and then just stops. It doesn't freeze or anything, it'll display the moving logo, but nothing will load. I've tried to restore it, I've tried booting in safe mode, and from my last successful configuration. They all just stop booting. I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Since you have tried almost everything, there only one last resort.

You must reinstall Windows either by going back to factory settings or boot on the Windows disk and choose repair.
