IPod touch not detected on second laptop

Hello,

I changed my iPod Nano with my husband's iPod touch, and now when I am attaching it to my laptop, it is not being shown in the iTunes, however it's there in My Computer.
What could be the problem? How do I fix it? I just need to sync the music from my laptop library.

Which need you to reinstall your iTunes, and the best is update it to the latest one.
