Hello,



We have an HP Pavilion G6 laptop..when we are trying to power it on..it turns on but after startup it automatically turns into black screen, even if it is fully charged.. but when power cord is in, it turns okay! I'm thinking if it is a battery problem.. I hope you can help me fix this problem...

Please Help us resolved this problem! Thank You..

Hello,

I had this problem with my laptop, it couldnt last 10 seconds without the power cord in, so I advise you invest in a new battery.

Hello,

This is definitely a battery problem and you will have to get an alternative battery to get rid of this specific trouble.
