Hello,
What you need to do first is installing Samsung Kies on your PC.
Then, open the Samsung Kies application and plug the mobile USB cable to your PC.
The phone USB drivers will be automatically installed.
Now, get to the Control Panel and go to Phone and Modems. Click on the Modems tab. You will have your phone modem displayed here.
Then, right click on it and get to Properties. Click on Change Settings. You must enter the command code and if you don't have it, please consider obtaining it by contacting your network provider.
Click on advance tab and put the code there. Then click OK.
Then in the control panel, go to the Network and Sharing Centre. Click on Set up a new connection.
Set up a dial up connection and configure and press connect.
