Windows doesn't start

Hello,
I have a toshiba satellite A665-S5170. And I have a error msg that's mean windows failed to start. And I tried all thos steps that I saw here on the site, but doesn't work yet..
What to do, please?

Yes you have to start the windows in safe mode with networking ...download any antivirus or ccleaner ....clean up the unwanted viruses
