Dell Inspiron 9400 DF047 Processor Intel T7200
Recently changed with a new WX413 motherboard was dead.
The first time it booted the windows welcome screen and then logged in and suddendly switched off.. Now it never turn on and bios never boots
Yesterday i ran the diagonistic by pressing Fn + Power. The only parts fitted is GPU + MB + Screen + RAM + FAN + Processor
The first light blinks and the other 2 lights are slodily lit up.

It' says the processor is not detected...
How to detect the MB is faulty or Processor???

Your technical expertise and troubleshooting is appreciated. You did the right thing by looking at the LEDs. Indeed this is the first step to diagnose your machine. FLASH-ON-ON LED state indicates Processor related issues in general and System board error in particular. For our warranty entitled systems we follow the below steps and replace place the parts accordingly:
1. Reseat the processor. If this fails, move to the next step.
2. Replace the system board. (If this fails to resolve, then move to next step)
3. Replace the processor.
