hey guys!

When I start my laptop, it looks like it's going to boot normally, but after the TOSHIBA screen with the F2 and F12 options goes away, a menu with 2 options comes:

1-lunch startup repair
When I click this one, a loading bar named ''windows is loading files'' appears . After that, a black screen with a cursor appears. Nothing happens after that.

2-start windows normally
When I click this one, the windows logo and the text ''windows is starting'' show. But after this freeze like that for 1-2 min. after that, a blue screen appears for 1 sec and disappears and the laptop is rebooting.

PLZ help me!

You probably have a corrupted copy of Windows. I suggest you restore the laptop to it's factory condition. If you can't do the restore then your hard disk may have failed.

Good Luck

I tried to restore to factory condition but it dosen't work. An error occurred when it was about to finish (ERROR F3-F000-0018).
