Hello,

I got the following error response upon turning on my computer:
Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown.
Problem signature: Blue Screen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
Locale ID; 2057.
Whenever I turn on my computer it does not stay on long enough for me to do anything, and dumps the memory, then shutsdown.
Can you assist me in resolving this problem?
I have had my computer for a little over a year now. It runs Windows 7.

Have you tried to boot in safe mode ?

I am able to boot in safe mode but I dont know how to fix the problem and I am not able to boot in normal mode.

I suggest you try to restore to factory settings.
