computer wont log on the internet Closed

Question

Hello,
My computer wont let me log on to the internet.  It has several error codes that pop up like eula launcher,dsca.exe, rthdvcpl.exe.  I was told I have a trojan, but I cant download anything to clean it out.  What should I do?  I am on my laptop right now and really need someone's help.  I have a dell 530s inspiron with vista.  Thanks so much to anyone who can help me
