Hello,

So im pretty sure my laptop is now a brick of plastic but , I am seeking help from other on the topic. So today I was using my laptop and everything was working, I unpluged the charger and just closed the lid without powering off. I pull it out 10 minutes later, its "off".

I plugged in the charger and pushed the power button. It lights up and immediately goes dead. I have unplugged the battery and attempted to run of ac power and the same things happens. Another odd thing is the charging light will stay on for like 15 secs before blinking out, though i do think the battery was at a full charge before whatever happened.

Does this sound like the motherboard fried? The charger appears to be working, and it wont boot up with the battery brick so im clueless

I would try a "hard reboot"

1. unplug the charger and take the battery out
2. hold down the power switch for 45 seconds
3. put the battery back in and try to start the computer again

sometimes this can wake-up a laptop stuck in hibernation mode.

Good Luck

Yes, it's probably time to get a new laptop.
