PS3 CONNECTION times out almost immediately when in game online.

Hey helpful people, I can't figure it out...I use comcast high speed internet, run internet via wireless(wireless gateway modem made by arris)...connection is fast as hell otherwise....any helpful advice is great...and yes I've tried pluggin via ethernet and it still times out in game...I don't know what to do! Btw I've only had my PS3 FOR A WEEK TODAY...

Hello, I just got my ps3 back and I have set everything up the way I think it says to but my ps3 won't obtain the IP address. It says "the key information exchange timed out" and won't go any further than that. I don't know if I should use the IP server and if I should then what do I put in?
