Hello,
Try this 1
Change the metric value of the network adapter that you have connected to
your internal LAN. Follow the below instructions.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type ncpa.cpl and press Enter.
"Network Connections" will be opened.
Now right-click on the LAN Icon that connects your internal network -->
Properties. Double-click on "Internet Protocol[TCP/IP]" or Select the "Internet
Protocol[TCP/IP]" and click on the "Properties" button.
"Internet Protocol[TCP/IP] Properties" will be opened --> Click on "Advanced"
button --> At the bottom, uncheck the option "Automatic metric" and in the
"Interface metric:" text box, enter the value 2 and click on OK --> OK.
Good Luck

Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter. Command prompt will be opened.
First disable one of your adapter and enter the below commands
ipconfig/all > D:\ipconfigdis.txt ---> Press Enter.
netstat -r > D:\netstatdis.txt ---> Press Enter.
Now enable the disable LAN. This time both the connections are enabled.
Now again enter the below commands.
ipconfig/all > D:\ipconfigena.txt ---> Press Enter.
netstat -r > D:\netstatena.txt ---> Press Enter.
Now go to your D-Drive. You can find 4 files named ipconfigena, ipconfigdis,netstatena,netstatdis. Zip those four files and upload it to https://authentification.site and paste the download url here.
Good Luck
