sir tomorrow in office one system is directly off. then he can not start i have check smps but smps is working so sir tell me what problem happanes

Hi avinash anandrao pawar,

The symptoms you have mentioned indicate there is some problem with the Power Sub System or the computer is not completing the POST (Power On Self Test) process. Please try these simple steps and check if there is any change:

1. Disconnect the power source from the computer.
2. Remove any External peripherals from the machine.
3. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds and then release. This will release any Flea Power stored in the machine.
4. Re-connect the power source try to power on the computer.
5. Press the Power button on the Tower and Monitor. Check the Power LED status on Monitor and the tower.
6. If Desktop Power button is Steady / Blinking, But No video on the screen - Press CAPS lock key and check for response.
7. Check for any LED or Beep error code.
