Hello,

My battery is not working so i m using my Hp g6 laptop directly via charger..... Today when i plugged in the charger nd when started my laptop... when it started it turned off automatically after 2 sec.. nd the power led was also off near the plugin.. I disconnected it all and connected it again but the power in led is not turning on neither my laptop.. im worried i need ur help... thanx

Hello,

Try this 1

Make sure that there is nothing with your laptop charger. Take it to the nearest

Laptop \ Electronics service center and check its output voltage.
