Hi rafeeque718,
I would like to help you here. I can suggest you the steps from beginning. Please reply with the details of the problem or elaborate the expression "it wont boot up". In addition, if you are already following some suggested troubleshooting steps and stuck because the keyboard doesn't work, please use an external USB keyboard and see if you can perform the steps.
Please do write back to us.

Hi rafeeque718,
I would like to assist you further, please reply with the link of the thread you are using to fix the problem. Also, please explain as to what is meant by "Flash bios setup".
If you need to enter BIOS setup you can use the DEL or F2 key after switching on your system. You can check the below mentioned link for more details:

Hi rafeeque718,
Before you follow the steps to flash the BIOS it is recommended you perform these basic troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure the computer has power by checking at least one of the following occurs
a. Fans start up
b. Status LEDs light up
2. Drain any stored power by removing the power cable and battery and holding down the power button for 10 seconds. Reconnect the power and reboot the computer.
3. Connect an external monitor to the computer If the POST or video appears on the external display, this indicates "LCD Failure".
4. Disconnect power and all external devices including port replicators or docking stations. Remove any memory cards and CD/DVD discs. Restart the computer.
5. If the computer boots correctly, add the devices one by one until the failure point is discovered.
6. Reseat the memory modules.
7. Remove the drives (see "Disassembly Process" on page 34 of the Service Manual).
8. Check if the issue is resolved.
You can view online/download the Service Manual from here:

Hi rafeeque718,
I would recommend trying troubleshooting in step 6 onward. (Note: These steps require you to reseat the Memory Modules by removing the system cover/taking apart the chassis. Please perform these steps only if you are comfortable else seek a technician's help. Also, refer to the Service Manual for accurate steps and safety instructions.)
Do reply with results.
Thanks & Regards

Hi rafeeque718,
What is the result after trying the steps? Is it still no display on the screen? Do you hear any beeps? Is there any pattern displayed by the "Status indicators"? ("Status indicators" are located above the keyboard on the left side. In the service manual it is on Page Number 4 marked as number 8.)
Please do write back to us.
