Hello,

I am trying to open an attachment and it downloads at the bottom. After it appears to be done downloading, I double click it and a screen pops up asking if I want to go on the internet to search for a program to open it. Then it brings me to site and asks if I want to use Adobe, or a bunch of other things and that I can't remember...this happens a lot and my IT guy at work fixed once for me. Can you please help me to open it!!!

Your OS didn't recognize the file format of the attachment you've downloaded. That's why it's asking you to choose what program to use to open it. It may have been a PDF file and you didn't have Adobe installed in your computer. Or, it's possible it's a different file format.
