Files from flashdrive all turns into shortcut

Hello,

my flashdrive always turn into shortcut icon whenever i plugged it on my computer. i did follow some suggestions such as using command prompt and then type. attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.* it really works but when i remove my flash drive and plugged it back, the same problem still occurs, the shortcut icon appears. can anyone help me, what should i do with this? somebody told me this could be fix through registry but he cannot give me the right steps to do it. kindly help me with this problem. any suggestions would be much appreciated. thanks in advance!
