From your post it seems you added your Gmail account to one of your android phones. You can remove your Gmail account easily, please check the below mentioned link for steps on how to do so:

Please check the "Remove an account" section on the page.
If you are using any other device such as a Symbian or Windows phone, please reply with the exact model number of your device.
