you can download some antivirus and scan you system also download some biose software for it that you thinking about its a problm of biose,
But the problem is not about biose and virus, the problems is about your processor. let me explan.
when you start browsing or starting games or watching movies so processor start working and its become heat up when your processor heat up so your processor fan will start more faster even looks crazy. so you need to change your process along with head sing and with process. my advice is this.

I don't think that is my CPU overheating, as it is below 50 degrees. :) I got a warning message a couple of hours ago, before computer again went blank, it said that my kernel.dll is malfunctioning and it couldn't open update.exe file or something like that...
