Hello,

Good day, i had problems with the sound device on my laptop. I was instructed on how to correct this problem and it worked. As soon as the Laptop was turned the problem reoccur, can you please tell me how this problem can be permanently taken care of. Thanks.

Hello,

Try this 1

Go to your manufacture's website, download the audio drivers and install it.

If the problem still exists then install the "Chipset" drivers first and then audio

drivers.
