Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
"Group Policy" will be opened.
Click on "Computer Configuration" --> Administrative Templates --> Network -->
QoS Packet Scheduler --> Double-click on "Limit reservable bandwidth" -->
Select the option "Enable" --> In "Bandwidth limit (%)", change the value from
the default 20 to 0 --> Click on OK --> Log off and Log in to your account.
