Hello,
Try this 1
First make sure that you have installed the correct drivers for your PC.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type services.msc and press Enter.
"Services" window will be opened.
Now at the right-side, scroll down for "Windows Audio".
Make sure that "Startup Type" is set to "Automatic" or else double-click on it
--> Set the "Startup type" as "Automatic" from the drop-down menu --> Click on
"Start" --> Click on OK.
If the problem still exists then let us know your motherboard manufacture's name
and the model number.
OR
Click on the below link and download the file
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4993-cpu-z/
Extract it --> Double-click on CPUZ --> Click on "Mainboard" tab. Let us know the
Manufacturer , Model with rev number, Chipset & Southbridge.Click on the "CPU"
tab and let me know the "Package".
Also let us know the "Operating System" you are using.
Good Luck
