I reread your question and I am afraid that I have not grasp the mature of your request correctly.
You mention that when you are asked for your e-mail address, if that is on any website where those questions are often asked, I am afraid that such configuration is impossible. The only possible solution I see is to have your address in a word document which you would copy and paste.

Hello Ambucias;
yes, I think you understood the question alright. Maybe the function I am referring to was a feature of an older version of Windows and it has since been discontinued. Anyway, it's just a minor inconvenience but that function was quite helpful to me as I am quite slow on the keyboard !! Thank you very much for your interest in this matter.
