Try this 1
Try resetting your internet explorer settings.
Click on the below hyperlink "Reset" and follow the instructions.
Reset
Double-click on it --> Check the check box (Select) "I Agree" and click on "Next"
button --> Next --> Check the check box (Select) "Delete personal settings" -->
Click on "Reset" button and follow the onscreen instructions.
Regard the having problem with "Shutdown" process, let us know what happens
when you are trying to shutdown your laptop. Is it getting restart instead of
shutdown or Is it taking a very long time and not getting shutdown?
