Monitor randomly turn off

my monitor is turning off random but power off the yellow light
some time never turn on
some keep turn off on
i try the pc on tv with same connect and no problem at all
but when connect to my monitor same problem
my monitor is so old samsung rtc

dose the problem from my pc video card or the connect cable of monitor ?

No. the problem is most likely with the power supply of the monitor.

so if i change the power cable problem fixed or ??

No. it's probably an internal error on the electronics of the monitor.

this mean worthless... i have buy new one or can fix the error
