Windows XP Home Edition installation CD

Is there anywhere I can get a free download for XP Home Edition full version? Our IT never gave us the CD and one of our systems needs it.

Hi,
There are no free license of Windows XP, if you want it you have to purchase it, quickly because it seems that Microsoft stop its sale at the end of june 2008.
But you can also try free OS like Linux.
