When I turn on my laptop nothing happen

My Computer is Toshiba Sattelite L510, after i go to window key+R » cmd» edit »I wrote some letters and i want to save that letters, but the screen appears "if you want to enable 16 bits or disable 16bits" so i choose enable 16 bits atfer that I get some error:
- My Computer shutdown immediately and when I turn it on again it always shudown, many times i turn on many time it shutdown. I try to reinstall window it does't work too.
- After a night when i press power on there's nothing happen no, battery light, no sound, and everything silent. I remove battery and plug AC power still nothing hapend.
Is there any ways to repair it?
Please apology my English is not good.

This problem might be cause by your hardware.
This is some reason:
-remove your RAM and clean up the slot and after that put it back.
If your laptop has dual RAM, try to put one and turn on your computer and let see.. it not working, use the other RAM and on the computer and let see more.

more try to go to CMOS and make restore to factory default and try to remove your hard disk drive and turn on your computer again and look to what will happend? after that, put your hard drive back.
