anything that is done by a technician is going to be so expensive here that if i pay a bit more money,.... i can buy a new//.. but lower model laptop. so right now im not looking to do that until i have done everything possible.
this happened over night and NOT over time.... Last night it was working perfectly.. shut the laptop and in the morning it just did not work....
so if some one can help me by telling me or advising me what i can do... it will be much appreciated

If you take it, let's say to Future Shop or Best Buy, you can at least get them to confirm or not my diagnostic and that should not cost you a cent. You could get an estimate for repair. Suppose it's just the graphic card ? You could get a new video card for a few bucks. Have you tried to plug it into another monitor ? If you get nothing on the other monitor, it could be the card. If you get something it could be your screen.

i did attach it to another monitor and got nothing.
those bastards at best buy future shop and staples charge $40 for a diagnostic.
u shud also know that when i put the laptop on....lights come on but wireless color does not change and stays orange and also /.. u no on the bottom left of the laptop... yes laptop not screen... u have those 3 indicators for power.. battery and hard drive....yea hard drive one does not blink....

If you got nothing with another monitor, then you graphic card could be fried and may need to be replaced.
