Hi There, I have a toshiba laptop and the code for windows 7 was not working so I deleted windows from it and then reinstalled it BUT then after showing it installed from the disk it was not on the computer....SO then I went to reinstall to factory settings and went through the process but after it showed it installed then the computer keeps showing as configuring and when configuring is complete it shuts off and powers back on then configures again, keeps doing this over and over. What do I do?

If still blue screen, the ONLY way is to use a recovery cd to reset it.
