Hello,
Recently my laptop suffered a serious viral infection. I installed Avast n run a Thorough scan . It did detect win 32 sally viruses n the system recovery files. The virus mst prob uninstalled my office n adobe softwares.
when i access the task mgr, it shows me tht iexplorer is running whereas it isnt !!!!!!!!!!! i exercise end task option on it bt it comes bckl again.
When I try to strt my lappy in safe mode so tht i can run the scan better, it shows a series of files gettng loaded n then suddenly a blue scree appears wid diffrnt nos n software codes(most probably) written on it n then it restarts !!!!!
Plz suggest sumthng !!!!!

If safe mode is crashing a hardrive reformat and OS reinstall (or you could just repair instead and forget about the reformat ) is the probably the most painless option :)
