Hi Dinowins,
Please try the following steps and reply with results:
1. Power off the computer.
2. Remove the battery and AC adapter.
3. Disconnect any external devices attached and remove disc (if any) from the Optical Drive (CD/DVD drive).
4. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds.
5. Release the power button and then reconnect only the AC Adapter and battery and try to power on the computer and check.
If the issue still persists please reply with the exact System Model Number of your Dell Inspiron 14z Laptop and the version of Windows Operating System installed in your laptop.
