There is a possibility that some background applications are causing this error to appear. You can try to disable all the background applications and check if this fixes the problems. Technically this method is known as "clean boot". Click here to find steps on how to perform a clean boot.

Pull the plugs out and place them back again and switch it on ,it Will ask you to start windows normaly or to repaire ,try repairing it and follow the instructions.
