I have read all the forums in the world (well, not really - but I read a lot)... I have an hp lt, cp F700
Following earlier posts i discovered that Device Instance path is:
HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_14F1&DEV_5051&SUBSYS_14F10101&REV_1000\4&354F91B8&0&0001

Hi there buddy !

Go to your device manager, remove the sound card restart. Windows should detect it a new material. Reinstall the driver.

This has nothing to do with intelligence. Then, I suggest that you physically remove the card, clean the card and slot with compressed air, replace it and boot, see what happens.
