Good morning,
It is possible the audio jack in the PC is faulty, or has "dust" in the jack. Turn off the machine and get some compressed air, and blow out the jack. It is possible that dust is preventing the connection to be made, and it just needs to be clean. It also could be possible that you do not have Stereo enabled in PC, so you would get a mono signal. Did both speakerrs ever work in the PC?

yes i switch these on the laptop then both speakers work correctly but on pc they dont work ....and when i put headphones on pc they also work correctly. help plzz

yes other electric speakers work in pc these speakers are usb cable ....thats why i think they dont work or i checked speakers on laptop and other pc they work correctly ...
