Website is up but will not show pics or links

Hello,
my website is up and running but it does not show links or pictures. I have created a website using dreamweaver cs3, re-123 server and filezilla as my host. we have tried to fill in any relevent information, we have spent weeks just trying to work out what we have done wrong, as you can imagine this is so frustrating - so any advice welcome how to fill in the forms or anything! PLEASE HELP!
