My Laptop Extensa 4420 not turn on

I have Acer Extensa 4420, when i turn it on, the power light on a few second and off and the CPU fan just run a few second and off.
what is the matter please? this is relate CUP or Main board? what should i do?

Hello

This has to do with your mainboard power supply. Only a qualified hands-on technician can attend to it.
