Huawei e153 modem, it shows connected but I cannot browse

I have a Huawei e153 modem, it shows connected but I cannot browse at all, mozilla firefox and internet explorer, please advise me if you can

The same modem work very well on my PC which is Windows XP Pro SP2

Hello

I assume that you are trying to install on another operating system other than Xp.

You may need a new driver for it.

This device shows that it is updated to the latest version, I can use it on windows 7 32 bit but don't want to work on my wife's laptop which is a e machines
64 bit windows 7 model

There, you have your answer, 32 and 64 are incompatible
