Monitor displays (no signal) refuses to boot an attempt to forma

No signal was displayed when a family member tried to log on. I tried to boot to last good configuration, then Mr. Fix it, but the monitor still displayed no signal. so I tried to use recover to factory settings it fails when it is time to insert the 2nd CD. I do not have my vista 32 bit program any longer. please help

Sorry your problem need "hands on" access to diagnose.

If you have no monitor display in "Safe Mode" then my best guess is you have a failed video card or motherboard. Since this PC is a few years old it might be cheaper to replace than to fix.
