Hi there,

Does anyone know what is the meaning of the blue colour in a friend of mine on Instagram? it is the first time i see that and i am wondering what is going on with this. In the other profiles this button is white and not blue.

Why does our account keep randomly following additional users every few weeks?

Hi,

I help run an instagram account for our company (DeepGameBasketball). We typically are only following 1 person (Kobe Bryant). However, every few weeks there seems to be someone else who is added to our "following" list. Our (few) team members have confirmed they haven't been doing this manually. Could there be some sort of reason/glitch to explain why this is occurring?

Our account is not connected to any third party apps.

Hello, I have in my archive an old story that was originally setted on "close friends".
Now I'd like to put this story in my story highlights, but in a public way, for everyone, without the restriction of "close friends"....
Is this possible?

Hello, I have a business Instagram account and I cannot receive messages from anyone who I do not follow. I have all message permissions turned on. Please help!!

Non-followers/Non-following can't view my Instagram pictures

For the past few months, my Instagram pic like went from averaging about 40 per post to 10, and I didn't see any drop in viewership/likes from my posted stories.  I did happen to notice that only my followers, and those whom I follow, were the only ones able to view my Instagram pics.  I have my settings set to Public, and each post I do is checked that it's available to "Everyone". I have no idea what's going on, and I am hoping that someone out there can give me some further insight as to what's happening, as this is affecting my reach with my art. Thanks
