While I was copying a large file on my 4gb Flash Drive, i accidentally unplugged it from my laptop. Then, when i plugged it again.. Windows said, You need to format disk in drive E: before you can use it. Do you want to format it now? Then I tried to click on "format disk". But windows said unable to complete format...

These are the things that I already tried:
DISKPART
HP Format Disk Tool
Format on Disk Management

Here are my Flash Drive Details :

DISKPART> detail disk

Kingston DT 101 II USB Device
Disk ID: 00000001
Type : USB
Status : Online
Path : 0
Target : 0
LUN ID : 0
Location Path : UNAVAILABLE
Current Read-only State : Yes
Read-only : No
Boot Disk : No
Pagefile Disk : No
Hibernation File Disk : No
Crashdump Disk : No
Clustered Disk : No

Volume ### Ltr Label Fs Type Size Status Info
---------- --- ----------- ----- ---------- ------- --------- --------
Volume 5 J RAW Removable 3817 MB Healthy

Hope you can help me , I tried searching and I got tired of reading unhelpful solutions. Thank you in advance :)

@jack4rall,

I tried Format Utility of Kingston but unluckily, it did not work on my flash drive. It only supports DTHX30/XX ... but thanks for your advice.
