Acer Laptop says NO HARD DISK DETECTED

Hi,

Whilst playing music on spotify my computer went into a plain screen that said NO HARD DISK DETECTED.

I pressed F1 and it just bleeped.

Pressed F5 and it's running diagnostics, which I'm not sure how to read? I've had a failing battery warning for a while and I'm wondering if this could be the problem?

Can someone please help in how to fix? And most importantly, retrieve my data?
Please help

Hello,

Try this 1

Go to BIOS and look for the option "SATA Mode". Change the mode --> Save

the setting and exit from it.

Hello,
Try this 1
Turn ON you laptop and keep tapping the F2 key. If you failed to get into BIOS then tap the DEL key after turning ON your laptop.
