My Western Digital is not getting detected

Light is appearing on the drive. Able to view it through "Device Manager". When properties are viewed, the status is being displayed as "The device is working properly". But, it shows location as 0. I am not able to view the contents of the drive. Please help.

99% of the time the drive is damaged and nothing can be salvaged.
