Hello,
I've installed Autodesk AutoCAD 2014 / AutoCAD LT 2014 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. This error showed to me.
http://imageshack.com/a/img845/6712/34im.png
The translation of that error is as follows " (the entering point wasn't found), it was unable to locate the place of entering point for the procedure "wmemcpy" in the Dynamic linking Library")
I have tried installed on another laptop(Dell) on which Windows 7( 64bit) Hime premium installed. This error showed to me:
http://imageshack.com/a/img546/3320/aaq4.png
I've add it in the list of programs to be not restricted in firewall But it didn't help.
http://imageshack.com/a/img801/7122/82eh.jpg
I have windows up to date and windows Microsoft .NET 4.5.1 Framework installed, should I need to install NET 4
I've also re-downloaded it from this site below and installed it, but the seme problem happened.

Looks like the files are downloaded are corrupted. Often happens which such sites as 4shared and freedownload.
I suggest you completely remove Autocad. Once remove ensure all corresponding temp files and registry keys are deleted. You can use Ccleaner from Kioskea's download section.
The download Autocad from a reliable site such as Kioskea:
http://ccm.net/download/download-24117-autocad
Re-install
Good luck
P.S. For all your software downloads, best to come on Kioskea first.

Hello,
i have had some experience with installing AutoCAD software and I know it can be problematic.
First of all I suggest you completely uninstall AutoCAD from your computer. Remove any folder directories from program files, program data, %appdata%
Download, install and run CCleaner and run the registry cleanup and temp files cleanup.
Install all versions of .NETFramework
Try the installer again make sure you run as administrator.
Disable your antivirus software before you run the installation.

I really have downloaded the same 64bit versoin for my windows 7 64bit from the link, and I got this error, although all versions of .NET frameWork are installed.
I didn't find 2014 versioin
http://img545.imageshack.us/img545/925/7zfi.jpg
Even there is an error in downloading file of 2014 version of Autocad in that link mentioned, because I don't think the file size is about 86kb as it is shown. Also, the file downloaded was recognised by Widnows 7 as it was unknown file.

Ask a question
you may need to right click the file > properties and untick the option which states its an unsafe file or something along those lines.
then right click and run as administrator.

Thanks a lot, Ambucias
Yes, you are now absolutely right, but the file being downloaded is downloading outside the browsers with its Autodesk download manager.
http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/4237/qer.JPG
In this case, it will take about 5 hours because the file size is about 3GB is like the file size of Windows installation. Do you think I came to the right place?
http://img203.imageshack.us/img203/9491/dwbo.jpg
First: There is something most strange which is the file size is 3.65GB(as the screen shot above) when I just clicked 'Download'. However, when I clicked on 'browser download' the internet download manger program captured the link of the file, then when I clicked 'start download', I found that the size is only 1.471GB (as this screen shot below).
http://img802.imageshack.us/img802/1527/966t.jpg
Thus, which way should I use to download the file, with the Autodesk download manger or with internet download manager? If I have the file could have been downloaded by the Internet download manager, it would have been lasting much less than its download agent manager, but the I am afraid that the file captured isn't the same file as long as the file size is different.
Second: Do you think that some features of this program would be inaccessible until it is activated.
Third: Also, I wish that I could find an Arabic version, or at least the user interface is in Arabic?

This is a trial version so only Autodesk can answer your question, some features may have been disabled.

Yes, could you please answer my other questions?
Also, if this version would have some features disabled, then why is its file size quite big?

Because autocad is a complex software designed for engineers, architects, mechanics, etc. Perhaps that just the save file or print features are disabled. A trial version is designed to give you an appreciation of the software's capacity and it is valid for only 30 days after installation.
You must direct all of your questions to Autodesk.

Thank you so much,
My speciality is different from those you've mentioned as well. I have a BSc in Computer Science, but I need that program for a friend of mine. Also, I have post at AutoDesk a thread about this, but no reply was received at all.
If the program of Autocade were to be lasting only 30 days after installation, then what benefit would there from downloading a file size of about 3.6GB for that program and after the trial 30-day period, it would not be functioning.

The trial is a trial, after 30 days, if you wish to keep it, you must purchase the license. A trial version cannot be re-installed for another 30 days because because it is inscribed in the Legacy part of your registry.

thanks a lot, you have said a very good idea, which is ' it is inscribed in the Legacy part of your registry.' I've always been asking myself when I have uninstalled any trial program along with all of its leftovers, then reinstalled it, I saw that it was directly detected that it has been expired. If you have enlightened me how to delete this entry which is inscribed in the Legacy part of my registry, I would highly appreciate it.
Also, when installing the program, I didn't see any section can show me that this version is trial and it has a 30-day period.

That's the tricky part! Once in Legacy, it is absolutely impossible to delete; that's why it is called Legacy. Microsoft made it that way. Very clever don't you think? Otherwise, those who spent years working on designing and improving software such as Autocad (including those with a BSc in Computer Science) would never get a single rial for all their hard work, that would be called slavery.
Thanks to Allah for Legacy.

I really have tried downloaded as following on a HP laptop on which Win 7 64bit installed, then I clicked on the link you have given, then I chose 64bit of AutoCAD.
AutodeskDownloadManagerSetup, which was about 3.6GB.
Then, when I unzipped it, it extracted this below folder in C: partition, then I promoted to install the program, then it was installed
AutoCAD_2014_English_Win_64bit_dlm
After program was installed, I was asked that there were update, then I proceeded to update, then I download
Autodesk_ReCap_Multilingual_Win_64bit_dlm.sfx, which was about 1.5GB, then it extracted this folder"Autodesk_ReCap_Multilingual_Win_64bit_dlm" in C: as well.
Then, I promoted to installed AutoCAD again, I have responded to it.
Then, I got very good version without any errors.
But when I copied all of those folders inton an external hard disk in order to install the AutoCAD on another Acer laptop on which Win 7 64Bit installed.
I faced the same error below whenever I run the setup,
http://imageshack.com/a/img845/6712/34im.png
The translation of that error is as follows " (the entering point wasn't found), it was unable to locate the place of entering point for the procedure "wmemcpy" in the Dynamic linking Library")
although the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) is installed and the 4.5 NET framework is installed.
I don't think that I must redownload the AutodeskDownloadManagerSetup, which was about 3.6GB. again while I am on this laptop Acer, this would be crazy.
I've never ever faced such a program in its installation.
No one replied me at Autodesk forum.

It's not use sending me images of error messages written in arabic, it was not taught to me in grade school.
It's impossible to transfer an installed trial software onto another memory device. It would not work without all the registry keys and values including the Legacy keys.
Transfer the zip file you downloaded but don't open it.

Thanks a lot,
I really have followed your link again while on my other laptop which is Acer, and clicked on 'Download now', then the Autodesk download manager ' downloaded, after that, it downloaded the 3.65Gb, Finally, when it completed after about 17 hours, I clicked on 'install' button as it shown in this screen shot below, but I faced the error:
The translation of that error is as follows " (the entering point wasn't found), it was unable to locate the place of entering point for the procedure "wmemcpy" in the Dynamic linking Library")
Note: because the base lanague of my Windows 7 is Arabic, even when convert the user interface into English, hoping the error message shows in English, but it is still shown in Arabic, but I think that I have translated above as much as I could.
http://imageshack.com/a/img208/9894/nsgn.png
So I don't think that the problem is associated with any errors in downloading or instnalling the program, however, the program may require some hardware requirments such as RAM size or VGA or any others.
RAM is about 2.5GB and H.D.D is 120GB, VGA is x3100
I really don't know what the error is.
Note, the error was showing to me with the other laptop(HP) while installing AskutoDesk not downloaded from your link is different than what is showing me with Acer.
With Acer is:
http://imageshack.com/a/img208/9894/nsgn.png
With HP is:
http://imageshack.com/a/img546/3320/aaq4.png
HP has much better specs than Acer.
Also, I have tried installing the same program on a Dell laptop with Specs much better than Acer's as well, and the program is installed well.

I really begin to be frustrated from installing this program in my friend's Acer laptop.
The error above keeping showing me, although I have also installed all versions of MS visual C++ Redistributable Package (x64) is installed and the 4.5 NET framework is installed. I no longer face any errors installing Autodesk on the other laptops(Dell, HP) after installing the Autodesk from your link given to me previousely.
Could you please help me with this, because I originally need the program for my friend's laptop?
Are there any other suggestions to be done?

For the Acer (I detest Chineese machines)
RAM is about 2.5GB and H.D.D is 120GB, VGA is x3100 should be sufficient.
I trust that it also Windows 7 64.
You have successfully downloaded and installed on one computer. You should still have the Zip file which you successfully downloaded. I suggest you copy the zip file on a flash drive and paste it to the other computers and install from there.
However, before trying to install, as B.Sc in computer science you must know, to avoid future errors, that you must ensure that every trace of the previous downloads and installation have been deleted, including the registry entries.
CCleaner and Eusing Free Registry Cleaner are the tools to use. They are available free from Kioskea's download section. (When installing CCleaner, uncheck the option of installing Chrome)

Thanks a lot,
The error shown me while installing Autocad on Acer laptop is a little bit strange, which means that it isn't associated with any old registry of Autocad.
Although I have run the CCleaner and the Eusng Free Registray Cleaner), then I installed the Autocad from an external hard disk, but the same error still shows me.
I think that I'll have to reinstall a new Windows 7 system to ensure all leftovers of Autcad were deleted, then I will tay to install it again on the new Windows 7.

No need to reinstall Windows.
Have you transferred the Zip file to the Acer then unzipped it from there because the file you transfered seemed corrupted such a dll.
Follow my instructions

Yes, I have done this, and the same problem is still showing me.
I even purchased a DVD containing AutoCAD 2013 with both versions(32\64bit), and when I opened the setup, I was asked to unzip the files into local hard disc, then when the extracting files were completed, I have promoted to install the AutoCAD, when I clicked on 'OK', the same error showed me. I am really quite surprised about this problem happening only on Acer laptop. I run the CCleaner and the Eusing free registry cleaner to delete any old entries for AutoCAD,Then I installed the new.
I only want to reinstall a new windows to be ensured that no other entries of old installations of AutoCAD are sill.
There is something around this error. But I have run out all possible suggestions.

Yes, I really reinstalled windows 7 twice, in the first time, I have installed the AutoCAD (2013_64Bit), which I have purchased on a DVD disc, and it was installed well without any problems.
In the second installation of Windows 7, I have installed (2014_64Bit), which I have downloaded form your link provided. The program was installed well as well.
But there was a problem related with Graphic Card when opening the AutoCAD 2014.
http://imageshack.com/a/img268/1417/wloo.png
However, when I went to the home page of my Acer, then searched for all drivers/latest for Windows 7(64bit), I didn't find any drivers for graphics card at all.
http://imageshack.com/a/img827/926/r4rw.png
Besides, when I installed the 2013 version of AutoCAD, I didn't face any errors updating graphics card.
My enquires are:
First: why did that error not show me when I installed either version of AutoCAD after reinstalling Widows 7? IF that error were related with some leftovers of the old installation of AutoCAD maybe whose files were corrupted were not removed by running CCleaner and Esuing free registry cleaner, then why wouldn't face such an error when installing new AutoCAD downloaded from your link on the Dell and HP, although I have also first installed the AutoCAD maybe whose files were corrupted?
Second: Why did I face an error lunching AutoCAD 2014, although I didn't find any deriver of VGA newer than what is being installed?
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express chipset Family(Microsoft Corporation-WDDM1.1)
X3100
Finally: I have really checked at AutoCAD Community and asked about downloading the AutoCAD Arabic language pack, but I didn't find Arabic language pack.
These only languages below are available:
'English
Brazilian Portuguese (Português - Brasil)
Czech (?estina)
French (Français)
German (Deutsch)
Hungarian (Magyar)
Italian (Italiano)
Japanese (???)
Korean (???)
Polish (Polski)
Russian (???????)
Simplified Chinese (????)
Spanish (Español)
Traditional Chinese (????)

Greetings
I can only suppose that the Acer Graphic card cannot handle AutoCad. Those Chineese computer hardware are not for me.
You will never find Arabic AutoCad.
Sorry and good luck

I really didn't face any problem with the Graphics Card when lunching AutCAD 2013, installed from DVD purchased. However, with lunching AutoCAD 2014, downloaded from your link.
You think I should stick to use AutoCAD 2013, or I can find any newer driver for my Graphics Card that supports openGL3.1 or newer.

You are welcome
To find a driver for your openGL3.1, I would look at the manufacturer's website or Google it. You are just as good as I would be finding it than I. If you find it, you would certainly appreciate it more because you put in the effort.

Thanks a lot,
I really have told that there is a striking diffrenec between AutoCAD and AutoDesk ReCap.
But, when I have download the AutoCAD from that link you gave me below
https://www.autodesk.com/products/autocad/overview
,Then, after installing it, I was asked that there was an update. After that, I have porceeded to dowload the update, but when I download and installed the update, it was installed as AutoDesk Recap.

I would only like you to answer :

Besides, what benefits are there from such tools(CCleaner, and others) if they don't remove all leftovers of any old corrupted porgrams to avoid keeping encountring such an error, which will result in a user will have to reinstall a windows system to avoid such errors.

The Acer had corrupted operating system files such as a dll system file, nothing to do with leftovers.

Thanks a lot, Ambucias,
To be honest with you that I really didn't reinstall a new Windows 7 on Acer laptop, however, I really have made an image for Windows 7 which was created before trying to install any versions of AutoCAD(corrupted or intact) at all. Then, when I have seen that error was keeping showing me even when I have run the Eusing registry cleaner, and CCleaner, and I didn't find the error was solved. Thus, I decided to restore the Windows 7 from the image created. Then, installed the AutoCAD downloaded from your link which was OK and it was installe well.
Thus, I am kindly requesting you why I had to restore the windows 7 to install the new AutoCAD downloaded from your link after trying to install the Autocad whose files were corrupted. However CCleaner and Eusing didn't solve the problem.
On contrast to Acer, the new AutoCAD downloaded from your link installed well on HP and Dell, althoguh I have also tried installing the Autocad whose files were corrupted.

CCleaner and Eusing delete files they don't repair.
I already answered that there was a .dll error.
