hello sir
I install new windows xp professional os to my desktop from that day I can't able to find cd drive in my computer and also in device manage but A drive is appering

The SATA or IDE drive connected to the CD rom inside your computer might be loose. Try to remove and connect it again and see if the problem occurs. Alternatively check if your device manager displays the CD ROM. If yes, assigning a drive letter could do the trick.
