I assume F2 gets you into the BIOS. Do you see a hard drive listed in the BIOS? If not then your drive has failed and will need to be replaced. If the disk drive is identified by the BIOS you may still have a hardware problem with the disk. In either case it will need a computer tech to identify and fix things.
