Hi, I have a problem with my laptop keyboard. All the keys dont work. Those that respond do not show the punched symbol or letter. I have tried fn+scrl lk and shift+lk and tried the ASSIST button methods & the recovery/systems restore options, they all dont work. Is there anyone that can help me with a solution please!

I would first try using an external USB keyboard. This will verify that the keyboard is in fact defective. If you find that it is defective then ebay is a good source for replacement keyboards. Try to find the maintenance manual to determine the method to remove the current keyboard.
