Intel's Extreme Tuning Utility installation error0x80070643

This is not a new problem,just a different twist and since this error and 0x8007064 addresses installation issues I have searched for general a fix for this problem.

However,most results have proven to be more program/application ---specific---(especially with MS) than general.I'm somewhat confused on which and what fixes to apply.I'm in hopes of getting some directions I should take based on the following:I downloaded Intel's Extreme Tuning Utility from Cnet and proceeded to install it which appeared to be going well until I encountered this:: LAST PART of the LOG.I really would appreciate some HELP to fix this.I'm probably going to run into this again.
