i have a pc in my working place with no internet connection, recently i did formatted it as due to some trouble to the system but after it all done and reinstalled back my personal file but i'd found my sound device was missing therefore no more music i could play while doing my works. question is : would it is possible for me to download a free sound device or audio device tru my computer at home via pendrive and install it to the pc at my workplace ?

Anything is possible. You would need to identify the specific audio chip on the motherboard. Only then could you download the CORRECT driver.
